Africa
The culture of Africa is varied and manifold, consisting of a mixture of countries with various tribes that each have their own unique characteristic from the continent of Africa. It is a product of the diverse populations that today inhabit the continent of Africa and the African Diaspora.
In some areas, traditional East Africans consume the milk and blood of cattle, but rarely the meat. Elsewhere, other peoples are farmers who grow a variety of grains and vegetables. Maize (corn) is the basis of ugali, the local version of West Africa's fufu. Ugali is a starch dish eaten with meats or stews.
Popular for the ancient Egyptian Pyramids and its huge cultural heritage, the continent is also known to be the origin of civilization and written language dating back to more than 4000 years. Africa is also known for being one of the hottest places on earth.
Poverty in Africa is the lack of provision to satisfy the basic human needs of certain people in Africa. African nations typically fall toward the bottom of any list measuring small size economic activity, such as income per capital or GDP per capital, despite a wealth of natural resources.
Drought, poor harvests, and instability create a cycle that's extremely difficult to break. And this happens in other regions of the world too. When instability persists because of conflict or political problems, people flee their homes or are unable to plant their crops. Then less food gets harvested.
Within decades, many Asian countries made the transition from Third World status to First World status. Some countries in Africa are well placed to make this transition. These include Ethiopia, Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya, Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire Gabon, Mozambique, Angola and South Africa
